Please review the Registration Guidelines first and take time to carefully enter your team data. All registration forms must be completed and submitted by the team Captain. This is an annual registration for the Fall 2024/Spring 2025 season.
Registration starts Friday 5th April and closes Friday 19th April 2024. A one time registration fee of HK$1,00 per team shall be paid by the close of registration. Any late registrations received after the deadline will not be accepted. Payments can now be made online/ATM/PayMe and must be accompanied with a payment receipt/record sent with team name and division to Kathleen Wong, HKLTL Treasurer by email or WhatsApp.
Please take note of the confirmation tick box whereby all Captains are confirming that they are aware of the HKLTL Code of Conduct and Captains Guidelines noted in the Rules tab on our website.
